The Astroparticle group at the Institute for Theoretical Physics, IFT UAM-CSIC (Madrid, Spain) invites applications for a post-doctoral position. The selected candidate will join the group of Prof. David G. Cerdeño to work on aspects related to the direct detection of light dark matter, coherent neutrino scattering, and machine learning tools, applied to dark matter searches within the SuperCDMS collaboration.

The Institute of Theoretical Physics IFT CSIC/UAM is open to sponsoring highly qualified applicants to Individual Fellowships in Marie Sklodowska-Curie  program of the European Union, whose currently open call, MSCA-IF-2020, has deadline September 9, 2020. 

A new Marie Skłodowska-Curie Innovative Training Network (MSCA-ITN) funded by the European Union H2020 programme named HIDDeN ("Hunting Invisibles: Dark sectors, Dark matter and Neutrinos") has recently been approved.

Ten 3-year PhD positions of HIDDeN ITN are open for application, with starting dates this coming fall.

The IFT expects to have one or more openings for 2-year postdoc positions for researchers with PhD in 2018 or 2019, under the "Juan de la Cierva (JdlC) Formación" program of the Spanish government.
